1. Create an account with us (or login if you are an existing customer)
2. Add a family member to your account by adding their details and their GP surgery to your account
3. Then tell us what medicine they need and we will send the request to their GP on their behalf
4. Within 48 hours their GP will approve their request and then we will begin preparing their order.
5. Our team will then carefully check the prescription and pack their medication.
6. We will then send it directly to your door for free with Royal Mail 1st class delivery allowing you to track your order straight to your door.
