How to use
- Insert the supplied AAA batteries.
- Wrap the cuff around your wrist.
- Sit comfortably and rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
- Position your wrist at heart level.
- Press the START button.
- Remain still and do not talk during measurement.
- The monitor will inflate automatically and display:
- Systolic pressure
- Diastolic pressure
- Pulse rate
- Readings are automatically stored in memory.
