Alka-Seltzer XS is a fast-acting effervescent pain relief medicine containing a combination of aspirin, paracetamol and caffeine. The tablets dissolve in water to create a sparkling solution that helps provide rapid relief from a wide range of painful conditions and fever-related symptoms.

Suitable for

Adults and young people aged 16 years and over

How to use

1. Dissolve 2 tablets completely in a glass of water.
2. Drink once the fizzing has stopped.
3. Adults and children aged 16+: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours if required.
4. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
5. Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice.
