Gaviscon Double Action- 24 Chewable Tablets

Gaviscon Double Action Chewable Tablets provide fast, dual-action relief from heartburn and indigestion. The formulation works in two ways: the antacid ingredients help neutralise excess stomach acid, while sodium alginate forms a protective barrier over the stomach contents to help prevent acid from rising into the oesophagus.

It can help relieve symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, burning in the chest, bloating and a sour taste in the mouth.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over

How to use

• Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Chew 2–4 tablets thoroughly after meals and at bedtime.
• May be taken up to four times a day.
• The tablets should be thoroughly chewed before swallowing.
• Children under 12 years should only use this medicine on medical advice.
• If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult a doctor.
