How to use

• 1. Apply generously 15–30 minutes before sun exposure.
  2. Cover all exposed skin evenly.
  3. Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, excessive sweating, or towel drying.
  4. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially between 11 am and 3 pm.
  5. Applying too little sunscreen significantly reduces the level of protection.
