How To Book Your Winter Flu Vaccine

What to have during your vaccination visit
Bring along with you your:
Photo ID
Proof of eligibility (e.g residential document if you live in a care home or proof of age and residency)
Your NHS number
Who is eligible for free NHS winter Flu vaccination
Are 75 or Over
Have long‑term health conditions (asthma, diabetes, heart disease)
Are pregnant
Live in a care home
Are a carer or live with someone who has a weakened immune system
Are a frontline health or social care worker
Children aged 2–3 and school‑aged children can get vaccinated
