Lichen-Planus on your skin usually does get better on its own in about 9 – 18 months.
Our GP can prescribe creams and ointments to help control the rash and ease the itching from the rash
If these prescribed creams and ointments do not work, or if you have a severe rash, our GP may prescribe steroid tablets or a treatment with light therapy.
Linchen-planus is not contagious and usually does not come back once it is cleared up.
