Genital warts are small rough lumps that can appear around the vagina, penis or anus. These are common sexually transmitted infections (STI’s). These are highly contagious which means if infected please do not have any type of sex as this is how it spread
After having sex with someone who is infected it could take a few weeks or months for these warts to appear.
These warts can appear:
– Around the vagina
– Around the anus
– On the skin between the genitals and the anus
These warts may appear on their own or in groups and can feel soft or firm. They can also be white, red, skin-coloured, or darker than the surrounding skin.
They can also cause pain or discomfort during sex or having problems peeing.
