How to use

Rub on Method
(Adults) Rub VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Rub in well over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation.
(Children over 2 years) Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.

Inhalation Method
(Adults and children over the age of 12) Melt two teaspoons of VapoRub in very hot water and inhale the vapours.
Hazards and Cautions
Do not store above 25°C in a cool and dry place, out of sight and reach of children.Â
Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Read the package leaflet before use.
